Bulgaria adopts electronic employment records

Starting 15 May 2018, businesses in Bulgaria are allowed to adopt electronic record keeping for employees, in accordance with the ordinance on the “Type and Requirements for Creating and Maintaining of Electronic Documents in Employee Record.” Previously, only hard copy records were permitted.
